Adansonia digitata
Baobab powder.
A thousand-year tree.
A brand-new ingredient.
Naturally dry fruit pulp, simply milled and sieved: no spray-drying, no additives. Rich in fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants. Organic sourcing on request — certification in progress.

The ingredient
Nature does the drying.
The baobab fruit is unique: its pulp dehydrates naturally inside the pod while still on the tree. Harvested, cracked, milled and sieved. The result is a fine cream powder with a gentle citrus tang, produced without heat processing that would degrade nutrients.
Wild-harvested from ancestral community lands across the Sahel and Sub-Saharan Africa, baobab is a natural companion to our acacia business: same origin landscapes, same commitment to the communities who harvest it.
- Naturally rich in vitamin C and polyphenol antioxidants
- ≈50% dietary fiber, roughly half soluble, half insoluble
- Low sugar, naturally gluten-free, vegan
- Clean label: one ingredient, nothing added
